The Problem

• Business was majorly reduced throughout and even after the end of the COVID-19 Pandemic lockdowns.

• They attempted to operate their online presence with limited knowledge on the digital marketing aspect.

• They made an effort to conduct SEO and a Pay per Click campaign but did not obtain the desired results.

Campaign Summary

The Strategy

• Boston's Nails and Spa agreed to a fixed upfront quarter contract mainly for Pay per Click campaigns.

• An audit in the Bay Area was conducted to identify the target audience for their business.

• Utilised in previous Pay per Click campaigns, we identified a correct selection of keywords to implement into their own campaigns and remove the incorrect keywords implemented in their past campaigns. This assisted with SEO massively.

• We implemented display marketing towards the audience in their campaigns to improve the effectiveness.

The Results

After 2 months, a total of 15,454 impressions were accumulated.

10,528 clicks and engagement were made with the PPC campaigns that were running during that time. This resulted in a 209.74% increase in click rate.

They obtained their target audience of more than 25 years of age and 10.91% of the audience obtained were successfully converted into new clients.
