An award winning premium hair and beauty salon well renowned in South Korea of more than 40 years of experience, servicing exceptional quality hair and beauty services towards their customers with their main mission in their business:

To work with the client with the mindset of JUNO, the Supreme Goddess in Greek Mythology, which dictates self confidence and esteem.

Today, there are up to 160 salons serving both in South Korea and internationally.

The Problem

  • Juno Hair wanted to attract more clients, followers, increase in engagement and sales in their services following the end of the lockdown of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

  • Due to the evolving algorithm after the rise of TikTok and short form content, they experienced troubles on how to effectively create and market short form content.

Campaign Summary

The Strategy

  • We first conducted an audit to understand customer to service persona to improve user engagement and their brand identity: the mindset of Juno.

  • We took the audit to cross research and detect early on the attention span of social media users during the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020.

  • We strongly advised a series of advertisements, hair photography after a service and quick aggressive cut short form content all over TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

  • Furthermore, we emphasized the importance of everyday posting to ensure and solidify an increase in brand presence in order to stay ahead of their competitors.

  • The same methods were implemented into their Digital Ad Campaigns with Google, Facebook and Instagram Ads however we included call to actions.

  • Based on their niche in the beauty industry, we curated a list of hashtags to use in their content and posts but a randomized selection of 10-15 hashtags were implemented into each post.

The Results

After a total of 83 posts posted daily, just under a 3 month span there was an increase of 538.46% in brand visibility.

An increase of 1114 reactions and 87 comments from all platforms on their socials, resulting in a total of 1012.64% increase in interactions from social media users.

Around 10-15% (116-174) of those social media users became new monthly clients under Juno Hair during that timeframe. Therefore there was an estimated increase of up to 151.8%.
